Notre poste diplomatique à Kinshasa a le plaisir de vous informer qu’il publie ce jour, 8 avril 2016, un appel à projets sur le thème « Droits de l’Homme et numérisation ».

Cet appel est destiné aux organisations multilatérales, aux bailleurs bilatéraux, aux ONG internationales et aux acteurs belges de la coopération non gouvernementale.

Les projets sont à introduire, suivant les modalités expliquées dans le document, pour le 31 mai 2016 au plus tard.


I think we should introduce something (budget between 400.000 and 1.000.000 euro) and why not under the theme 'lutte contre l'impunité' so that we, with our expertise in international criminal law, could make a chance. We could think about the manual I am working on with Pacifique and Ezéchiel. 35% of the budget can be used for personnel cost what could give some perspectives for some of you. An ICT professor of the VUB is willing to do the ICT part. Could all interested researchers have a look at the call so that we could have a brainstorming on Friday?
