To Appear in Winter 2018 and Summer 2019 examinations

Dear Student,

Gujarat Technological University has decided to provide one more year to students whose all the terms have been granted and still have total backlogs not more than two (02) in the components namely E, M, V and I after the expiry of their enrollment number as per notification number: GTU/Notification/2012/3970 dated 13.04.2012(attached here with), so that they become eligible to appear at Winter 2018 and Summer 2019 examinations.

Guidelines for implementing this additional opportunity is attache here with in circular. Interested and eligible students are requested to proceed for appearing examination process to complete their MCA Programme.

Inform all your friends and batch-mates regarding the same which will be beneficial to them to avail degree.

If above listed students are interested for term extension and want to appear in upcoming examination,  immediately contact to the admin section personally in college timing at 8:30 am to 4:00 pm accept Saturday. (for Saturday 2:00pm).

Remaining student who are not listed above they must have to proceed for admission cancellation with following documents

1. Original receipt(s) of paid fees for each semester(s).

2. Student's Aadharcard copy.

3. One passport size photograph.

With this process student may collect their original grade card(s) from the institute.

Dear Student,

It is here by inform to all the students that GTU has decide to fill exam form for Winter 2018 examination offline means without use of student portal for phase-1 i.e. MCA Semester 5 Regular and MCA Semester 1 to 6 remedial examination. 

Last date for student to submit the examination form along with fees is : 5th October, 2018, Friday 4:00 pm
