Rule 2.3 Financial limits
Finances are calculated each Saturday and every club is allowed an overdraft of 10M and a maximum holding of 80M.
Going outside these limits anytime from week 1 [the opening day of the season] to week 17 [the day of the transfer deadline]
will incur penalties.
For the last 5 weeks of the season [after the transfer deadline] and throughout the pre season, no penalties will be incurred.
Exceeding the 10M overdraft will lead to the player with the highest info value on either senior or youth rosters being sold off
via an email auction.
If this happens on transfer deadline day the player sold will be allowed to play for his new team that season.
Exceeding the maximum of 80M allowed will result in the balance being reset to 80M, clubs winning anything in the predictions
competition that week will be allowed to go over 80M by the amount of their winnings for that week only.
