SEWA presents a full-length laser show with state-of-the-art lighting, and animation on the 150th Anniversary of Swami Vivekananda, the Hindu monk who introduced Indian Philosophies of Vedanta and Yoga to the western world, and contributed to the notion of nationalism in Colonial India. About SEWA USA Sewa International USA, is a non-profit with grassroots volunteers serving humanity across the globe in times of distress, relief and rehabilitation, refugee resettlement, women empowerment, education and health care in rural and tribal areas, among other initiatives.
In Atlanta, SEWA USA has made significant contributions to empowering Bhutanese Refugees, which has since then grown into a national flagship project, raised funds for Uttarakhand flood relief and rehab, provide livelihood to
