I reread the dates for installation

Monday 21st or Tuesday 22nd before Thanksgiving in the evening 

(and it looks like the church is not available after 5:30 (CISPES, Monday and Cyle Durkee, Tuesday). Am i correct Brian?

Decisions to be made approve the following (or discuss further):

1  Approve the project and the $100 to Amy for work and materials

2  Ask Amy to set up the Large Star so that we can add it on Christmas Eve... AMY?

3  Decide whether to keep the purple up for Christmas or not

4  White stars would be fine rather than metallic (white will show up and are easier) ?

5  Find out from Brian or someone whether we already have a bar for across the top on reredos.  BRIAN?

6  Decide on a day for installation and get 2 volunteers for that day YOU?

She is available on Monday Nov 21 or Tues Nov 22 Evening (looks like church is not available)

who is willing to help Friday Nov 25? what time?

Thank you, Amy and Carolyn, for moving us forward.  I am all in favor of the installation and the budget.  I like C's idea of holding back on the big star til Christmas Eve.  I will work on arranging a caregiver here for Monday night, but know that the Tuesday and Friday would not work.  I can't move ladders, but I don't mind climbing them!  Peace - Gay
