Salesforce QA Automation Engineer

Dallas  /Plano TX  - Hybrid

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesfor​ce QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in test automation and solid Salesforce domain knowledge. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Selenium while ensuring quality across Salesforce implementations including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom Lightning applications.
This role requires strong hands-on coding ability, CI/CD integration experience, and deep understanding of Salesforce UI and API testing.

*Mandatory Skills & *Salesforce Experience**

• Strong experience with Selenium WebDriver
• Proficiency in Java / TestNG / Cucumber / JUnit
• Experience building hybrid automation frameworks (POM, Data-Driven, BDD)
• Experience automating Salesforce Lightning Components (LWC)
• Strong understanding of dynamic XPath handling
• Experience with REST API automation (Postman / Rest Assured)
• CI/CD experience (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
• Version control (Git)
• SQL / SOQL knowledge
• Experience with cross-browser automation (Chrome, Edge, Firefox)
• Experience working on Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
• Understanding of Salesforce data model
• Knowledge of Apex triggers & validation rules
• Experience testing Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Salesforce integration testing (REST/SOAP)
• Experience in sandbox environments & deployments
• Familiarity with Copado / Gearset (good to have)

*Key Responsibilities*

• Design and develop automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver
• Automate Salesforce Lightning and Classic UI applications
• Develop reusable automation components and utilities
• Perform API automation for Salesforce integrations
• Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines
• Maintain regression and smoke test suites
• Validate Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, triggers, and integrations
• Work closely with Developers, Admins, and Business Analysts
• Ensure test coverage across custom Apex, LWC, and integrations
• Execute cross-browser and parallel execution testing
• Perform data validation using SOQL queries
• Support UAT and production validation
