 Stock keeping and maintenance
 Problem solving related to administration
 Maintaining relations with local authorities and suppliers:
- Handling key contacts
- Quotations and negotiations
 Logistical support for events/ seminars/ meetings
 Accounts and Cash Management- Drafting Financial Statements:
- Managing Cash related expenses and statements
- Budgeting for the month, quarter and year
- Banking and reconciliation
- Maintaining Accounting records
- Filing and Book-keeping
- Filing of important papers & classifying them according to importance
 Housekeeping:
- Infrastructure Management
- Managing Office equipments
- Maintenance of stationery
 Coordination & negotiation with vendors
