Thanks for sending the article, Eric.

I got your earlier e-mail about events at Columbia, but couldn't see
what the various events are. I have a deadline coming up at work, but
if you let me know which of the events you think it is most important
for community residents to attend, I could try to go. Sorry that my
old computer, and my very limited knowledge of technology makes it
hard for me to get some information . . .

Best wishes,

Miriam Rabban

Thank you, Eric,  for this information re: Geneva's Domino's struggle and for an introduction to this site.  Miriam, I hope that this is somehow more accessible for you : the information Eric sent on the Domino's Meeting  on Wed is :

WEDNESDAY 1/23
6pm: Teach-in led by Domino's workers - Diana Center, Lower Level 2, Barnard
http://on.fb.me/ZzJG68

I believe if you go to Broadway and 117th St and go inside the Barnard Gate and if you turn right you will see the reddish brick of the Diana Center. i also plan to be there that evening.

The information on the Friday event is FRIDAY 1/25
6pm: Teach-in led by Faculty House workers - Hamilton Hall, Columbia

Hey Miriam and others - folks should attend whatever events work for them. The Columbia students have indicated that they are interested in helping with the Domino's campaign and also focusing on the Faculty House contract negotiations.
