IMPORTANT CORRECTION

i had originally read the link from ssdc as saying 'our' resolution was enclosed. 

that is INCORRECT.   only the date of our debate (feb 28) is mentioned, and our resolution will be released at a later date (prob feb 21).

i have asked the head of ssdc to copy you all on that resolution, so look for it if you can.
