Las Perdices Espumante
Smooth golden yellow color with shiny highlights. Persistent foam, delicate and fine bubbles. Aromas of honey, almonds, toasted bread and fruit.
Smooth on the palate, good acidity, elegance and length of fruit. Good freshness and complexity. Ideal as an aperitif, or with shellfish, ceviche, carpaccio and fish dishes.
2007 Cava De Crianza Blend
40% Malbec, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 30% Merlot
Gold Medal – Argentina Wine Awards
A mix of fruit and spice aromas incorporate traits from each grape. Malbec contributes mature red fruits, Merlot the spice, and the Cabernet Sauvignon provides notes of pepper. Notes of oak are present but subtle enough to blend seamlessly. In the mouth, each varietal supports this great construction. The Cabernet Sauvignon gives the blend its structure and body, Malbec its sweetness and intense aroma, and Merlot its smooth and delicate tannins.
2009 Las Perdices Malbec
Intense purple red color. Complex berry aromas with delicate oak touches. Soft in mouth, balanced, plum and cherry notes. Ideal to serve with red meat, pasta, fish and white meat with spiced sauces.
2008 Las Perdices Bonarda
Of Italian origins, Bonarda in Argentina can produce heavier bodied wine, of which tend to display characteristic fig and raisin flavors.
Deep, intense purple color, bright, with violet hints. An aromatic display of floral and minted notes, with hints of caramel. Balanced and harmonious in the mouth, it has good structure and expresses finesse and finishes long
2008 San Pedro de Yacochuya
90 points Robert Parker
91 Points Wine Advocate
Composed of 85% Malbec and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, and is aged for 12 months in 30% new French oak. Purple in color, it offers up an inviting nose of smoke, tar, licorice, soy, black cherry, and black currant. This leads to a full-bodied wine with layers of succulent fruit, excellent depth and concentration, and a lengthy, pure finish. This outstanding value will profit from another 2-3 years of bottle age and will deliver peak drinking from 2012 to 2023
