Only six cases available and only 16.00 per bottle for super Pinot. This wine is bright and lightly colored with flavors of pomegranate and tart cherry. This is not an opaque oak beast; if that's your gig; skip this one.
This wine has elegance and delicate spice notes.
This is a wine for foodies not cocktailers.

This week has been great; I've tasted a bunch of interesting wines from everywhere and just about every grape imaginable. That's how I define a good week!
This Saturday we are going to taste a few of these finds.
Petite Sirah from Lake County a delicious little Cab from Spain, a red blend from Oregon called Purple hands; it should be called Purple teeth; seriously inky! There will be more for sure, there are just too many to choose from. Drop in and see/taste what's new.

Las Perdices 2008 Bonarda Reserva
This wine is gigantic! It has concentrated black fruit flavors with a significant grip and a long powerful finish. Any lover of big Cabernets from Walla Walla or spice bomb Zins from Napa will certainly find a (affordable too) friend in this bottle! You could practically dilute this blockbuster by a factor of two and still have a big wine!
