2009 Ayoub Chardonnay
This is my inaugural release of the Ayoub Chardonnay, and I’m really excited about this wine! Even if you don’t like Chardonnay, you’re going to love this one! Opulent and bright, brimming with roasted pineapple, guava and mango. Rich mouthfeel with creamy texture of vanilla, hazelnuts and sweet spice round out to a lengthy crisp finish.
The 2009 Ayoub Chardonnay was aged for 11 month in both stainless steel and French oak & barrels. It was slow cold fermented for eight month, steering the lees every week.
You can enjoy this wine now or cellar it for >10 years.
Only 120 cases were made.
2008 Long Play Lia’s vineyard
Wine Spectator one of 5 new names to know!
91 points Wine Enthusiast This is a delight—a supple, polished, ripe and full-throttle Pinot Noir offered at a mid-1990s price. Winemaker Aron Hess keeps the alcohol at 13.5%, the oak a moderate 20% new, and the earthy underpinnings gracefully in check. Lush maroon and purple fruits are lightly licked with chocolate; the result is a very satisfying mouthful of wine. Editors’ Choice. —P.G.
2008 Et Fille Willamette Valley Pinot Noir
Wine Spectator 89 points - Light, smooth and generous with its caramel and smoke overtones around a lithe core of cherry and pepper flavors, lingering easily. Drink now through 2015. - HS
NY Times just listed the 2008 Et Fille Willamette Valley as it's #4 pick of the vintage.
The 2008 Willamette Valley is a dark garnet color and a nose of cherry and black fruit. The palate of intense fruit and chocolate is carried by structure and a little tobacco. It pairs beautifully with poultry, salmon, and lentils or hearty beans. Our biggest & most refined blend to date. Loganberries, blackberries, and raspberries. Good finish.

Wine maker Cody Wright grew up hanging around wineries. His father is Ken Wright. His step father, Rollin Soles, runs Argyle Winery, and Roco which Cody is the assistant wine maker.
Silky texture and robust notes of cherry and red raspberry hinting on terroir of red dirt and earth. The red fruit driven creamy mouth feel holds crisp structure with soft tannins lingering in an endless finish.
2009 Ayoub Memoirs
Mo Ayoub's tribute to his family
Mo Ayoub started off as a client of Josh Bergstrom, but has now gravitated to his own facility and the has acquired the winemaking assistance of Robert Brittain, formerly of Stag's Leap in Napa Valley. His main-line Ayoub bottling has been a top wine for several vintages in a row now. This second-label Memoirs bottlings is absolutely stuffed with dark, creamy and rich fruit flavors, accented with minerals, loam and just a hint of ripe, supple tannin. It's a big mouthful of voluptuous pinot noir and highly worthy of attention.
2009 Ayoub Estate
Mo has joined the ranks of cult status in Oregon because of his Commitment to producing a limited amount of the best quality Pinot Noir. The volcanic jory soils, south-facing slopes and fertile land make Ayoub’s wine of the highest quality. His estate vineyard in the Dundee Hills was meticulously planted and cared for. The Dundee Hills appellation is highly respected and known for its bright and elegant wines.
Deliciously aromatic. Spiced strawberries and pie cherries, cedar, and a creaminess that flows through the wine from start to finish. The silky red fruits gain weight in the glass and pick up a dark currant bottom note and subtle dried thyme. Perfectly ripe, with sweet fruit finding its match in fresh acidity. This is such a pretty wine - the finish reminds us of a strawberry tart with a dollop of fresh cream.
