For those who have not got their TG claim

Dear all,

 

Following are the process involved in TG claim:-

 

Step 1:- Check whether ur claim reached DEMOB (Demobilisation) section @ NPO .Concerned person KAPIL. Contact no. 022 - 22751058. If not crosscheck with ur ex unit.

 

Step 2:- Check whether ur claim is complete / correct (all annexures, attachments, stamped/ sealed) etc with KAPIL. If it is ok check whether it is forwarded to IRLA section of CDA. If ur claim is incorrect / incomplete tell him to return it to ur ex unit for necessary action.

 

Step 3:- Contact IRLA section of CDA to check whether ur claim reached them. Contact person NEELAM. Contact no. 022 - 22021231 / 022 - 22021346.If everything is ok then it will be forwarded to "D" section of CDA else will be returned to DEMOB section.

 

Step 4:- Check with "D" section of CDA whether they have received the claim from IRLA section. Contact person KAMALA . Contact no. 022 - 22021247. They will issue the PAYMENT AUTHORITY and will return to NPO(DISBURSEMENT SECTION) for payment.If not received at "D" section follow step 3.

 

Step 5:- Check whether DISBURSEMENT section at NPO received the PAYMENT AUTHORITY from "D" section of CDA for Punching .Contact person SWATHI. Contact number 022 - 22751055. If not follow step 4.

 

Step 6 :-Check whether the punched claim received at DEMOB section. Contact person KAPIL. Contact no. 022 - 22751058.If received before 10th of anymonth will get the payment. Else the next month.

Get the dispatch details from from ex unit. Check with central registry at goa for onward dispatch details. Then check with central registry at mumbai for receipt of the same.

BEfore you start doing all that, forward your claim once again, chances are that i\it would reach kapil, even before you do any thing else.

ur claim has to have the unit seal / stamp / ctc.......etc.

 

u cannot forward a fresh claim just like that.

any body got, the last Form 16 from NPO???

CA is telling me to bring the same for filling up the IT returns. 

Any advice!!!
