Dear Anna
Surely, the students would be allowed to take snaps. As a part of our
Child Protection Policy, we need to know in advance if any child has any
medical issue that may need to be taken care of. Eg, asthma, allergies,
special needs, etc. Please let us know in advance so that we can make the
necessary arrangements. Thanks.
Thanks & Best Regards

Dear Shobhika ,
Thanks a lot. It is particularly very gracious of British Council to
arrange Snacks on the Bus.
Shipra Sharma ( 7838654068) will be your contact-person at Presidium.
I am sure , you will allow the students to take plenty of snaps of the
Bloodhound.
warmly ,
anna

Dear Anna
It was nice talking to you earlier today. As discussed, here are the
details of the programme for tomorrow.
Date: Tuesday, 11 November 2014
Time: 2 p.m. to 5:15 p.m.
Title: Bloodhound - An Engineering Marvel
I would be there at your school by 1 p.m. I would take 50 students and 2-3
teachers along with me to British Council (17, K. G. Marg) at 2 p.m. The
students would be given refreshments as soon as they board the bus.
On reaching British Council's office, they would get to see the Bloodhound
show car for half an hour. They would get to ask questions from the
engineers and explore the interactive screens.
After this, I would accompany them back to the school. We would reach back
by 3:45 pm, and the GREAT Talk with Andy Green would start at 4 p.m. and
get over by 5 p.m. Keeping a buffer of 15 minutes, the parents can pick
the students from school at 5:15 p.m.
Please feel free to contact me in case you have any queries.
Looking forward to meeting you tomorrow,
Thanks & Best Regards
Shobhika Puri
