PMUN 2014 is special because THE RULES OF PROCEDURE allow MULTIPLE
RESOLUTIONS on a single topic.
This implies that PMUN 2014 Delegates have far more democratic space than
in a usual Chair-controlled Committee from which only a single Resolution
emerges.
