AFCAT application form

I am a B.Arch graduate. I have selected graduation level as Option D, qualification as Bachelor of Architecture and qualification stream as architecture.My course duration is 5 years. My gross percentage is 75 and the expected date of graduation is May 2019. I have also received above 60% in both Maths and Physics subjects in 10+2. When I have filled all the details in the Qualification details page and click next, a dialogue box prompts the message "Please fill qualification details". What do I do in that case?
