"You are not eligible " during afcat form filling

Sir/ Madam , i am final year student of Btech , after reading the instructions i filled the form and after clicking on save and continue it is saying that i am not eligible , i have checked all my details many times according to notification i am eligible but it is saying  iam not , please help .
