Hi All,

 

Sorry I am sending this out so late, unfortunately I have developed a new health issue and the the last 2 weeks have either been doctor visits or tests.

 

Our next meeting will be on Thursday, January 24th at six o'clock. All meetings this year will be held at the Howard County Health Pavilion

The address is 10710 Charter Dr.

                           Columbia MD. 21044

 

Meetings are in rhe Wellness Center in room G010.

 

All meetings this year will be on the 4th Thursday of the month at the Wellness Center.

 

I will send everyone the calendar for 2013 later today.

 

RSVPs Please know that these are very very important. Please let me no if you are attending or not. If something changes after you have replied then please let me know. I know everyone is very busy but it is very difficult to plan if I have an incorrect number of who will be attending. It can also be stressful for me.
