Good Afternoon,

 

We are just beginning to promote this event but I wanted to make sure that you had this in hand to promote at your Clubs for those who are interested.  Any questions please let me know and for those who are not AYC members, food & beverages can be purchased on a credit card.

 

We’d appreciate folks calling the Front Desk with headcounts so we have a rough idea how many people will be joining us.
