V15 Mid-Atlantics

All,

I have been asked to take over planning for the Mid-Atlantics which are to be held the weekend of August 4th and 5th (1 week away!).  Recently this has been a 1 day event scheduled for Saturday with bad weather flow over to Sunday if necessary.  I am really most interested as to the current level of interest in attending.

Please respond with your intentions either way so we can plan accordingly.  Its an event my kids look forward to each year and hope to get as many people/families as possible to attend.
