When Satan fell, one third of the angels fell with him. If mass and energy are simply all made up of angels or holy energy, one third of that energy would go to the plodding devils in the form of mass and two thirds would be made up of angelic energy as signified by the speed of light multiplied by itself. So angels actually have a square of their numbers in their overall power. So overall the power of angels versus the devils would be four times even though their numbers are only two times the number of devils.
