Maybe Gravity Doesn't Suck But It's Still Repellent

I read a book which suggested something very interesting. Maybe
gravity isn't in the business of attracting things. Maybe the
acceleration of bodies we see is the surface or space near a body,
expanding up to meet the falling body. So:

1. Bodies would be expanding and accelerating in their expansion in
proportion to their masses.

2. Bodies in the heavens would not appear to shrink if they have less
mass than the earth, or grow bigger in the sky if they have a greater
mass, because all bodies that have mass also cause surrounding space
to expand in proportional rates of acceleration as they do , so these
two acceleration cancel out.

3. Perhaps this different way of looking at gravity allows us to
dispense with notions of dark matter and dark energy. In other words,
we have seen this dark stuff, and it is us. Essentially the
properties that scientists are ascribing to dark matter and dark
energy actually apply to all visible and accounted for matter and does
away for the need for it.

4. Perhaps also the jibing of Quantum Mechanics and gravity might
also disappear if gravity doesn't suck but repels.

5. Maybe just as the universe is expanding, in reality everything is
expanding at the very same rate by the same laws. So atoms are
somehow repelling and accelerating each other in the same way that
galaxies appear to be accelerating away from each other, although
there are still relative motions toward each other in many cases.

6. The fact that acceleratingly expanding bodies cause space to
proportionally expand also, explains Einstein's space bending finding
and the bending of light as it goes past an object.

7. Time as Einstein found, still depends on acceleration, except now
acceleration of bodies in orbit is actually in the opposite direction
of how they were originally thought to be accelerating. In other
words Einstein pictured bodies in orbit as being in essentially
feeling like they were in free-fall toward the body they were
orbiting. In reality perhaps they are standing still and the space
around them is accelerating up and outward around them. Perhaps these
two different ways of looking at an orbiting object are essentially
the same however their must be some logical consequences which can
distinguish them.

8. Maybe the proportional space expanding is because the mass repels
the virtual particles and they pop in and out of existence as Quantum
Mechanics says happens.

9. Maybe in line with Scripture indeed everything is scattering and
this gravity is what is doing it. In fact maybe it is the light which
is the only thing which allows us to somehow "gather" and reverse this
expansion. Also maybe it is the devil who has been thrown down to the
good creation who is causing the expansion

Problems

1. Obviously, how are orbits of anything around anything else
explained? I don't understand how it would be. Perhaps expanding
space puts a force on orbiting object. However why aren't objects
ejected by the force? Certainly if this scheme is what exists, the
space inside the orbit is expanding faster than the space outside the
orbit. Perhaps this causes the object to remain in the orbit, but I
don't understand how...

2. Also a huge problem is explaining how the sun and stars engage in
fusion if they are expanding instead of contracting. Maybe the
explanation is if a mass is big enough, it's acceleration heats it up
to the point where fusion occurs.

3. If 2.'s problem explanation is true, then we have another issue,
fusion should then be greatest at the surface and least at the center
( I think) totally opposite of what is currently thought.

4. How would black holes be explained also with this scheme, if they
really do exist. Recently there has been strong evidence that black
holes do seem to exist in the center every galaxy including ours
because stars seem to orbit the very center of our galaxy very
rapidly. There appears to be a mass of 2 million suns in the center
of our galaxy. So how would we explain this??? Well, in the weakest
of possible explanations I know, maybe just maybe somehow mass in some
circumstances of great mass, tries to expand more rapidly then the
surrounding space and somehow runs into a brick wall of "lack of
space" and somehow bounces back. Maybe this is a black hole...I
really have little ideas here.
