How to connect hardware

Hello,

I was reading the article regarding 6th sence technology.

I wants to know how to connect the hardware to computing device??

Instead of projector, can i use big screen via wifi? Projector is for the display. I can display the picture using big screen.

In article, it is written that the code is in c#, in computing device( raspberry pi) can we install Windows iOT?

Please respond me so i can study more on this technology.
