Error getting in code because of .net framework 3.5

I am using windows 8.1 which comes with .net framework 4.0+ version. but sixth sense code needs .net framework 3.5. I tried to fix this issue but failed because 3.5 is not getting installed on windows 8. I tried online as well as offline method to install framework ,is there any other way out for this problem?

Vishmita try using .NET framework offline installer, & you need a windows 8.1 insatllation iso corresponding to your architecture.

I met the same problem ,hava you solved it,  in addtion,there are some other errors :some dll files could not be founded  seen in the  picture
