For those of you who haven't installed Google Earth and downloaded my latest Google Earth mashup of the Pall/Gelman/Danaher 1,4-dioxane from www.srsw.org (or weren't allowed to)...

Today Google announced a new version of Google Earth that runs via a browser (just Chrome to start with) so you can view GE mashups with installing Google Earth on your computer.

Here's a link to the latest Gelman mashup you can open in Chrome:
https://earth.google.com/web/@42.28826719,-83.78817102,293.77642484a,13609.74097415d,35y,-0.05445133h,19.01461964t,-0r

It's not as fully functional or as fast to load as the installed version, e.g. no time based animation & turning on/off layers en masse is not as functional, but it has very good 3D rendering and more base level details.

Explore and enjoy from any recent Chrome browser.
