You may have read about the Scioview housing development planned for West Liberty Road just west of Saginaw Forest. The plan, as proposed, is not compatible with an effective, protective, and community-acceptable cleanup of the Pall/Gelman 1,4-dioxane contamination site. It poses fiscal and environmental risks to Scio Township.
There are other reasons to oppose the plan (traffic, zoning, etc.)
If you would like to stop this unsustainable development proposal, please sign this petition.
You are also encouraged to attend the Planning Commission meeting,
Monday, January 27th, at 7pm, Scio Township Hall.
