Builders hand over defective titles to home buyers!!

Dear Friends,

Please find link to the latest article by Hindu on the Campa Cola like mess in Gurgaon, where Builders like BPTP hand over possession without Occupation Certificate. In the same case in ARDEE CITY there are already a number of such suffering home buyers.. we need to get united and demand that with conveyance deeds the Builders attach the Occupation Certificate and the sanctioned building plans of the said building/flat/floor… let us not wait for another 25 years for some MCF or DTP office issuing us with such eviction notices as has been the case with Campa Cola Compound. …. here is the link.. http://eraredwoodfbd.blogspot.in/2013_11_01_archive.html
