FEEDBACK REPORT: Legal Compliance Workshop for NGOs

Thank you to everyone who attended the recent Legal Compliance Workshop. We are absolutely thrilled to share that it was one of the most interactive sessions organized by SRRF to date! The credit for this immense success goes entirely to you, our dedicated participants, for engaging so deeply with the faculty and remaining focused throughout the entire day. Through this communication, we are pleased to share the highly encouraging collated feedback and the additional resources we promised during the workshop.

We highly value the brilliant insights provided by the attendees on various topics. To make your wonderful feedback actionable, we have consolidated your suggestions into the following categories for future growth:
1. Workshop Structure & Engagement:
· Attendees enjoyed the discussions so much that they requested more time for elaborative Q&A sessions.
· Great suggestions included incorporating practical exercise activities and relevant videos to further increase engagement.
· Participants thoughtfully suggested offering online and virtual sessions so that a wider range of organizations can benefit from the training.
2. Faculty Appreciation:
· Special thanks were warmly extended to all the faculty members for their excellent, highly informative, and interactive sessions.
3. Future Topic Requests:
· Finance & Tax: GST, Accounting for NPOs, and Cash/Fund Flow Management.
· Compliance: Deep dives into FCRA, Non-FCRA, specific return compliance, and CSR.
· Law: Continuation of NPO-specific Labour Codes and Data Protection Laws.
4. Geographic Expansion:
· There is high interest in spreading awareness by replicating the program in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.
· Specific requested locations for expansion include Bihar and Tamil Nadu, alongside pan-India online sessions.
