He specializes in legal compliance relating to Income Tax, foreign tax, FCRA, VAT, Service Tax and several other legislations. His practical knowledge of solving the most intractable issues is well known. He has been a faculty member in several workshops all over the country and has been a lead speaker on Direct Tax Code.

CA Subhash Mittal

A well known Chartered Accountant in the development sector and member of Institute of Social Auditors of India (ISAI). He has both an international profile and significant experience dealing in nuances of the voluntary sector. Regular speaker at various workshops and lead organizer for SRRF Dialogue. Lead author of a CSR India Report based on 100 top corporate. Visiting Faculty at SPJIMR & IICA.

Adv. Shwetank Sharma

Having vast experience in handling litigations related to complete labour laws and allied Acts, with in-depth knowledge of Labour Laws, Employment Contracts, Appointment & Termination procedures, Employment Policy Vetting, Employee Compensation Act, Gratuity, and solutions for day-to-day issues related to employment and industrial laws.
