INSTRUCTIONS TO THE STUDENTS REGARDING MICROSOFT PLACEMENT DRIVE ON 11th NOV

Dear all,

            This is regarding the Microsoft Campus Recruitment on 11^th NOV. We request you to kindly follow the below guidelines for the smooth conduct of the drive:

 

General Instructions to the students:

1. Students are requested to sit only @ their allotted waiting halls. It will be helpful to take the attendance and to give further instructions.
2. Breakfast for the Batch-1 and the lunch for all students will be provided. Breakfast will be provided in front of Block-1. Volunteers will guide the other college students to the mess halls for Lunch.
3. Instructions regarding the Lunch timing, Result will be given to them only in the respective waiting halls.
4. Students will not be allowed to go out of the campus until the announcement of the First test result. After the result announcement of the first test, Short-listed students alone will have to appear for a coding test.
5. All  students those who clear the first test will have to assemble in front of the Computer Science block for further directions regarding the Coding test.

Instructions for Bath-2 (Reporting time: 9:30 AM) Students:

SRR Students to report @ Hall #179, Ground Floor, Block 18

After the test all these students are asked to come back to the same class rooms.

Instructions for Bath-3 (Reporting time: 11:00 AM) Students:

SRR Students to report @ Hall #180, Ground Floor, Block 18

After the test all these students are asked to come back to the same class rooms.

Instructions for Bath-4 (Reporting time: 12:30 PM) Students:

SRR Students to report @ Hall #186 and 187, First Floor, Block 18

After the test all these students are asked to come back to the same class rooms.
