I am currently looking for a Contracts Manager to join a large European Contractor working on infrastructure projects in Qatar ideally available IMMEDIATELY with an NOC

 

Qualifications & skills required are:

1.       5 to 10 years’ experience in construction projects as contracts manager/ contracts administrator.

2.       Civil Engineering degree preferable.

3.       Quantity Surveying degree also acceptable.

4.       Construction Law qualification desirable.

5.       High Level in formal written & spoken English.

6.       High level in drafting formal contractual correspondence.

7.       Experience in administrating FIDIC type contract.

8.       Experience working in the contractor’s side desirable.

 

Duties & responsibilities are:

1.       Drafting contractual correspondence with employer and with main sub-contractors and consultants.

2.       Drafting claims to employer and response to sub-contractor’s claims.

3.       Preparing valuation of variations.

4.       Administrating commercial aspects of contracts. (bonds, insurance, etc.) .
