Future of these mailing lists

Hi,

As you may be aware, SR is back under way for SR2019. We've got a
slightly different organisational structure than SR has had in the
past, with a Core Team [1] of about 10 volunteers responsible for
organising the competition. As part of the new structure we're aiming
to be as open as we can and would like to resume using these mailing
lists for open discussions among all volunteers.

Given the age of this list we appreciate that there may be subscribers
who would not appreciate a rapid influx of traffic filling their
inboxes. We'd therefore like to take this opportunity to let you know
that these lists will become active in about a week and offer you some
time to adjust your subscription preferences if you so wish.
