Volunteer information

Hi,

Will there be some volunteer information (i.e. accommodation, shift
roster, role descriptions) coming out soonish? (Also, what's the plan
for Friday - are we to turn up whenever we can, or are there too many
people, etc.?)

Also, where can I find this year's risk assessment?

Rob requested a review of the schedule by the people who are managing the roles at around 3am. I suspect that he'll send the emails when he wakes up.
