Screwdriver and wirestripper order

Hi,

This year we didn't distribute screwdrivers with the kit (priorities
were elsewhere), so they need ordering. Additionally, last year there
was a severe shortage of wire strippers at Kickstart as I recall, due to
the inevitable tool diffusion. Tonight I'm going to order some parts to
each Kickstart site via farnell, as documented below.

Screwdrivers: Our previous purchase [0] isn't in stock, so I'll get the
slightly smaller 2mm version [1]. I'll purchase one per team at each
Kickstart site, as well as one to go in each couriered box. Given that
these screwdrivers are basically free, we can just give one to each team.

Wirestrippers: the cheapest I could find on farnell that's in stock is
this [2]. I'd rather not purchase one per team as they're much more
expensive and we're short on money. The schools are guaranteed to have
some side cutters or similar in their labs anyway, we just need to use
these at Kickstart. Instead, getting 4 for soton, 3 for bristol, 2 for
London should be sufficient, a centralization policy will be required
(which I think is proportionate).

I'll order at 6pm tonight to be delivered to Rob; Alistair; and Bristol MVB.

Note that these are a 'US stock' item, so you'll have to pay £15 delivery and they'll take a couple of days to arrive.
