Hello team,

I just got an email from Rob asserting that the money from motorola situation is now
ready to go. As such, we're confident we can now announce the competition date, which
will be as previously discussed at Newbury. Can someone get on the website/twitter/facebook
PR cannons, and Jeremy is happy to deal with the team leader situation.

Joyously, email preparation can now be done by anyone, so (after
checking with Jeremy) I've put a draft up in gerrit at
http://gerrit.srobo.org/2253. There are some outstanding pieces but
review would be welcome.
