Ordering

For bits we're ordering this week.

I'd like orders for timber, motors, cardboard boxes, hubs and wheels to go in today or ASAP, the rest on Tuesday/Wednesday.

Please correct glaring errors as you see them, or update quantities you know to be wrong. I've tried to err on over ordering.

This is a rough stocktake taken a while ago

Robot Kit

- batteries. we have a few bags of lipos, definitely need more.

- chargers. we have a box of mixed chargers in southampton.

- camcons, (we have a large box of these in Southampton)

- motors, 8 new in boxes, 22 that look like in good condition, 3 in damaged condition.

- wheels, ~ 40 big and ~40 small in southampton

- servos, we have a few but their condition is unknown

For arena construction

- Carpet tiles, in southampton

- hardboard, in southampton

- wood, in southampton

- screws, a rub of screws is in southampton

- scaff, hire in

- power distro, not in southampton

- networking, not in southampton

- Displays, we don't have the displays or scaff mounts in southampton

- Display drivers. we don't have any of these in southampton

For the game

- robot markers/towles went to the completion

- we have five wheeled tokens in Southampton in various states of completion

If that's true we don't need any more motors but could still do with ordering half a dozen or more new hubs and wheels. Servo count can probably go up a bit.

Is there enough (unwarped) cladding?

Power distribution - can susu techs help here or do we need to go external?

There is quite a lot of pipe cladding in the vault so i think we should be fine for that
