We have access to elec kit, however our window for collection from Newbury is limited to a couple of days. Tyler/Dave are on top of this, but upshot is that it arrives in soton next week. This is without the arena walls, as it's unlikely we'll be able to hire a van big enough to fit it all in. The woes of being young. So we should have 15 lots of elec kit, and arena displays on their way from Newbury next week.
Tyler has been landed with the magical Agresso code, anything we can do to lighten his load would be good. I've a list of things to replenish somewhere, but there are a couple of things no longer UK supplied: banebots wheels and hubs. I think the pololu 6mm hubs and 90x10 wheels may be a suitable alternative?
I may ask those with access to the broom cupboard to double check what we have over the weekend/on Monday so that we can put an order in early next week.
Other than that, same deal as last year: arrive in zepler foyer from 2pm on Sunday 26th (although we may congregate in Mountbatten or elsewhere), and we'll work out who's doing what from there.
Schedule will be pretty much the same as last year, just we'll be in the physics buildings rather than zepler during the week.
