Smallpeice 2016

Hello all,

Smallpeice "Computing and Microelectronics" will be going ahead this
year. I've already spoken to most Southampton-based people about this,
so this year's course will run from 1st - 5th August. Rumour has it Tolu
won't be around this year, and although Dave will be around, someone
else will be doing his legwork.

Please let me know if you're able to help out. Accommodation can be
provided if needed. Details to be fleshed out in the coming weeks.

Format to roughly follow that of previous year's successes (for the
uninitiated - "10 team SR competition in a week"), with some minor
changes to the game and venue (TBA). If you've any SR2017 game ideas
you'd like to test out, this would be a great opportunity.

Thanks to everyone who replied to me about this. To everyone who told me
they could volunteer, please assume that you're definitely needed for
that week, from the afternoon of Sunday 31st July to the morning of
Saturday 6th August. We really appreciate your help and efforts.

Also, the Trello board is about to become a hive of activity - if you've
the time to help, please join and take something on! ABS is organising
things in Southampton, and able to order things for us.

FYI, here's the list of volunteers who've told me they're coming, if you
wish to add yourself, please let me know, as Smallpeice will need to
know numbers for catering (plus, I expect the vouchers/pre-pay card will
be on offer again this year).

I don't currently have accommodation planned; would you be able to organise some? I'm able to attend for the whole week (Sunday afternoon to Saturday morning).
