Hi all,

The Student Robotics (Southampton) SUSU society will be having an
Annual General Meeting to elect the next committee. It will take
place at 7pm in the Mountbatten Level 4 Seminar Room on the 16th of
March (the Wednesday immediately before the easter break, and the day
before the Wireless Society's AGM). As secretary, I would like to
welcome any nominations for committee positions. Please send me an email
(on or off list) before the start of the meeting, or simply announce
your nomination at the EGM.

Agenda:

* Amendment of constitution
* Presentation of accounts
* Report of committee members' activities
* Self-nomination for new committee
* Election of new committee
* Any Other Business

Current committee positions:

* President — Leader of the Southampton Branch and liaison with trustees
* Secretary — Organises Southampton-specific meetings/wrangles
SUSU-related things
* Treasurer — Handles any budget that the Southampton Branch might have
* Social Secretary — Organises Southampton-specific socials/etc.
(including with other societies)
* Equipment and Safety Officer — Keeps equipment stored at Southampton
organised (including ensuring the inventory is up-to-date), and leads in
ensuring reasonable health and safety vigilance. This will involve
liaising with SUSU and attending the annual H&S training.
