Orange Ambassador Associate Referral Program is a special program for GS associates to refer potential candidates, eligible as per the mentioned criteria. The
candidate can be a spouse, relative, or friend who is known to the associate personally. This program is open for all associates across GS.
Candidates may belong to any part of India. The recruitment process will only be conducted at Noida, Pune and Bangalore locations.
Also, there is no incentive or reward for this referral.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate Engineers with specialization in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics & Communication or MCA / MCS / M.Sc. (Computer Science
/
Information Technology only).

65% aggregate marks in 10th and 12th standard
·
60% aggregate marks in Graduation
·
60% aggregate marks in Post Graduation (If applicable)
·
Not more than 2 years of gap in education after 10th
standard
·
Candidates must have completed their degree or professional qualification in the actual duration / length of the course and not beyond that (for e.g. a B.E.
degree should have been completed within 4 years)
·
Candidates will be asked for their final mark sheet and degree (if possible) at the time of interview
·
Only candidates who have passed out in
2012 are eligible
·
Diploma from a reputed and recognized technical training institute. The course duration must be of minimum 2 months and the candidate must have a certificate
in Java / Dot Net / Testing
/
Mainframe / AS 400 / C++
Candidates will go through a standard selection process. Selected candidates will be required to
join at any of the GS locations – Pune / Noida / Bangalore (as per business needs).

Salary and Grade

Candidate will be hired at Grade-20 and would be designated as an Associate Engineer Trainee

CTC – INR 285,000 per annum
·
2 year agreement with INR 200,000 bond
