Orange Ambassador Employee Referral Program
This is a special program for associates in GS to refer candidates who are eligible as per the mentioned criteria. The candidate can be a spouse, relative, or a friend who is known to the associate personally. This program is open for all associates across GS.
Candidates may belong to any part of the country; however, the recruitment process will only be conducted at the Noida and Pune locations. Also, there is no incentive or reward for this referral.
Eligibility Criteria Graduate Engineers with specialization in - Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics & Communication / MCA / MCS / MSc. (Computer Science only). § 65% marks in Class 10 and 12 § 60% aggregate marks in Graduation § Not more than 2 years of gap in education after 12 standard § Candidate must carry their final mark sheet and degree (if possible) at the time of interview § Candidates passed out in year 2011 only.
Preferred Candidates § Having 6 to 12 months of experience in the IT industry § With a Certification or a Diploma in .Net / Java / Testing from a reputed and recognized technical training institute. The course duration should be of minimum 3 months.
Note: The candidate will go through the standard selection process. Joining of selected candidates will be at any one of the GS locations Pune/Noida/Bangalore as per business needs.

Salary and Grade § Candidate will be hired at Grade-20 and would be designated as an Associate Software Engineer Trainee § CTC – INR 285,000 per annum § 2 year agreement with INR 200,000 bond
