Mission Statement:
Design, Engineering, Testing & Commissioning of Distributed Control system in Power Plants & Process Plants
Main Accountabilities –
· Independently carry out HMI Design, Engineering, Implementation, Testing to meet the customer’s technical specifications/requirements.
· Leading, Guiding the team of engineers during the project execution
· This includes graphics, symbols, alarming, security, networking, and other system configuration.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience
Ø 7-10 years of experience with B.E Control & Instrumentation for C&I engineer.
Ø Knowledge of the any used DCS – like ABB, Honeywell, Siemens, Invensys, Yokogawa etc.
Ø Skills of Engineering Tools – (database, graphic drivers, alarming set up)
Ø Knowledge on interfaces – Profibus, Modbus, OPC etc.
Ø Current knowledge of network engineering and IT developments (PC handling, Windows applications, PC configurations, Virus scanners, interfaces, backup)
Ø Knowledge in Operation system windows 7/XP, windows 2003 & 2008 server and well versed in MS office applications (office 2003 / 2007)
Ø Historian knowledge is a plus (not must).
Ø Process knowledge (Engineering) within the technology of power stations, and/or Water pumping station and utility plants desirable (not must).
Ø Skills of Graphic Engineering – Display Builder (“S + Operation”, PGP) knowledge preferred (not must).
Ø GraphX (CNT, PPB) or SODG (CVMS, PCV) knowledge desirable (not must).
Ø Self-starter, Good personality, Flexible, Confident and Fluent in spoken and written English.
Ø Willing to travel to other countries.

Ø Carry out DCS system software design, engineering implementation, testing and commissioning to meet the customer’s technical specifications / requirements
Ø Willing to travel abroad and work at site or offices as requirement arises.
Ø Carry out the complete full scope project independently and lead the subordinates
Knowledge, Skills, Experience:
Ø Total minimum 3 to 5 years of DCS and power plant experience with B.E Control and instrumentation
Ø Knowledge of structural and functional architecture of control systems.
Ø Knowledge of control philosophy for process / power plants.
Ø Knowledge of the field instrumentation (sensors, transducers, drives related to Pressure, Flow, Temperature, Level etc…)
Ø Knowledge on interfaces (Profibus, Modbus, OPC, IEC61850, etc.)
Ø Current knowledge of network engineering and IT developments (PC handling, Windows applications, PC configurations, virus scanners, interfaces, backup)
Ø Knowledge in Operation system windows 7/XP, windows 2003 & 2008 server and well versed in MS office applications (office 2003 / 2007)
Ø Process knowledge of power plants is an added advantage (no must)
Ø Knowledge of the ABB-DCS – “Symphony Plus/Harmony/Melody” is an added advantage (no must)

Main Accountabilities
Project execution
Ø Carry out Turbine Control System engineering implementation, testing and commissioning to meet the customer’s technical specifications / requirements.
Ø Work with project team under the guidance of project lead engineer.
Ø Willing to travel abroad and work at site or offices as requirement arises
Knowledge, Skills, Experience:
Ø Total minimum 1 to 3 years of experience with B.E in either Control and instrumentation or Electrical Engineering.
Ø Alternatively, a special combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments.
Ø Knowledge of gas (combustion) turbine engineering.
Ø Knowledge of turbine Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) control systems.
Ø Knowledge of structural and functional architecture of control systems.
Ø Knowledge of control philosophy for process / power plants.
Ø Knowledge of the field instrumentation (sensors, transducers, drives related to Pressure, Flow, Temperature, Level etc.).

Ø Alternatively, a special combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments.
Ø Hands on experience of executing Dry Low NOx (DLN) combustion engineering projects is preferred but not compulsory
Ø Executed projects with turbine Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) control systems.
Ø Knowledge of structural and functional architecture of control systems.
Ø Knowledge of control philosophy for process / power plants.
Ø Knowledge of the field instrumentation (sensors, transducers, drives related to Pressure, Flow, Temperature, Level etc.).
