Job Description:

Job Title : Engineer Trainee – French Fluency

Job Location : Pune

Nature of Job : Full time / permanent

Role : Telecom Technical support (French) – Broadband / Networking

Salary : 2.5L PA

o B.E/B.Tech ECE/IT/CSE (2012-13 passout – no standing arrears)

o FRENCH Fluency is MUST

o Absolute commitment to improving customer experience

o Ability to communicate effectively and possess sufficient soft skills
to handle customers,

o Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult customers

o General Microsoft Windows and computer skills,

o Strong analytical and technical skills, technically appropriate
communication skills, clear understanding of all processes / work
instructions and an understanding of Our Customer’s network and products

o Willingness to learn new technologies

o Willing to work in shifts
