Sangeetha maam just called up..the third review will be on 23rd only. So everyone is supposed to be present at the venue by 9. The students appearing for Samsung interview can continue but any one member from the team is supposed to come n give the review. So the process will get over on Tuesday itself.

Then, the things to be brought on the day of review are=

1) IEEE format paper based on your project

2) ABET proposal form

3) print out of the poster draft on an A4 paper (for approval, one or more designs can be brought)

4) one hard copy of your report(it need not be bound..just get it in a file).This should also have the checklist signed by your guide.I am attaching the checklist :)

5) final presentation

The ppt should have a minimum of 20 slides. Presentation should more focus on their design/ development of S/W or H/W or both. With emphasis on results and discussion. Individual batches should show their demonstration of their working model for evaluation.

The presentation should include the following-

•    Overview
•    Objective of the project
•    Literature review
•    Issues/challenges
•    Mode of implementation
•    Expected outcome
•    Flow charts for software codes
•    Photographic clip shot of working model under various conditions/ screen shots of simulation results
•    ABET Criteria 5 Covering with standards (i dunno wt this means :p)
•    References
