NAVARATHRI CULTURAL FESTIVAL - REQUIREMENT OF VOLUNTEERS

Madam / Dear Sir,

As in the past we are organising the Navarathri Festival along with 12 day cultural programme festival in association with Sri Vari Jana Kshema Samithi in Sri Ram Mandir Complex. The main objective of organising the cultural festival, is to encourage the local talents by giving them the stage to perform and  at the same time invite reputed artists from across Delhi, Chennai etc to the people of Dwarka.

You will agree that organising any programme would require support of various kinds viz., sponsorship to cover the cost of organising the function and at the same time generate some surplus which will help reduce the liability of Rs.11.50 created for the construction of the first floor hall extension. Apart from sponsorship, the most important requirement is presence of participants to encourage the artists and the organisors.

Along with the above, while organising any event we need to give vide publicity of the programme, hence we need few volunteers from each Sector so that the programme phamphlet is distributed across Dwarka. Interested persons can collect the phamphlets from the Manager in temple. To enable us to maintain a database of such volunteers, we request the interested, to give their name and contact number either through return email or to Sh. S. Ganesan (9810138189), Sh. V.
