The Company was originally incorporated as a private limited Co. on 17th March, and converted into a public ltd. Company effective from November 23, 1988. 1990 The Company issued 10,80,000 No. of equity shares of Rs.10 at a prem. of Rs.3 per share on Rights basis in prop. 1:1 to the existing shareholders of the Company (additional 16,20,000 No. of equity shares were taken up) and 54,000 No. of equity shares of Rs.10 each at a prem. of Rs 3 per share to the employees.
