Hey Everyone,

  I just wanted to tell you about the upcoming events that we have planned for the next few months. On December 18th, at 10AM we will be meeting at the temple to package bags for the Hatzilu. From 11-3 we will be going to Westchester/ the Bronx to help out at a luncheon planned for senior citizens. After we return from Westchester at 3PM, we will be having a Chinese auction/ Chanukah party at the temple from 3-5 PM. You do not need to go to the Hatzilu in order to attend the Chanukah party. Please RSVP for this event by Tuesday December 13th. You can e-mail me at Spice...@aol.com  Please bring a wrapped gift with you to auction off at the Chinese Auction. The money that we make will go to charity. On January 8th, we will be going to a Knicks game. Each ticket costs $50 a person. Email me if you want to attend. On January 14th to January 16th, we will be going skiing at butternut. We will leave the temple on Saturday January 14th after the havdalah service. After the service we will go out to dinner. We will be staying at the Blackberry River Inn. The cost of the trip will be $200. The cost includes skis, a lesson, a lift ticket, meals and the hotel. We will be bringing up food from Mazurs. We will arrive back at the temple on Monday morning.   The trip is only opened to 15 people, so if you want to attend you need to give one the board members your money asap. On January 29th, we will be going ice-skating in NYC. There will be more information to follow. On February 3rd, we will have our annual USY service at the temple. On April 2nd, we will be going to an islanders game, and on April 23rd we will see a broadway show. Everyone should try to come to these events. I look forward to seeing everyone soon!!
