Watchman Removal and Replacing with New Person

Hi All,

Would like to schedule a meeting on this Sunday 17-Dec -17 from 10 am to 11 am to discuss on apartment issues in general  and Watchman removal.

We all vexed-up with him and I have decided to show no mercy/sympathy on him any more and would like deal with him aggressively whatever may be consequences.

As usual Watchman will try to play different tactics including creating differences among us .  Last time he persuaded Mr Vinod through Mr Sirish and stopped his  removal.

I dont want this to happen again and we have no choice, we have to remove him and find a replaceemnt.

And also I'm not going bring any of the old watchmen including Venkatesh and just looking  for completely a new face.
