I guess there are some pending dues from the last quarter.

Can you please list out the who is due and how much amount (along with the recent penalties also)

It will be good if we collect all dues before starting the next quarter.

Hi.

We have received Q2 payments from everyone. 

From Flat Number 33 we received 9000/-.for Q2 & rest to be paid for Q3. i.e Rs 3000/-.

As we are aware that there was water leakage from Flat no.23 on 26-06-2017 & we lost one full tank water. Apart from that there was a damage in the ceilings & wiring at Flat No 13 due to water logging.

Due to repeated issues by Flat No 23, it was decided to collect Rs 1000/- as penalty from them.

Request flat no 23 owner to pay penalty amount along with Q3 maintenance.

Dear all

Request everyone to transfer Q4 maintenance Rs 6000/- before October 10th.

This is to inform everyone that there was blockade of sewage line beside our apartment this friday and even today which led to diversion of waste water in to our apartment almost 1 feet height at cellar.

We need to gather once to discuss on the above said issue to prevent recurrence. ( Ramp work- elevation )

Along with it, we need to conclude watchman replacement. He is reluctant and his careless attitude towards his regular duties are not acceptable.
