Hi All,

Task 1:

The backside bore well was dried out completely and no more water from this bore well. The depth of the bore well is 300 feet and this may requires further digging by using small bore-well machines as this can be done by keeping the Lorry outside the apartment. Any way this bore-well helped us a lot in rainy season as the pressure was also good. This task involves  feasibility study, cost   and finally execution

Task 2

Front side bore well  with 1100 feet also no fetching enough water and this also increasing our power bill substantially. We have to stop for 1 hour and switch on for 1/2 hour, then it is fetching a small quantity and that too after  connecting to Underground sump  instead of overhead tank. Now , this motor again has to be checked up  and if required has to be repaired so that pressure can be improved and also we have to engage a plumber to connect this directly to sump as we are using a pipe outside which is getting damaged frequently bases of vehicle movement.

Task 3

Ramp construction to prevent the drain water inflow during the rainy season. As the height of the front road was almost equal to basement of the apartment, hence this has to be taken up within 1 or 2 months before rains starts. This task involves get the quotes, cost estimation  and execution .

Task 4

Enhancing Metro Water connection size from existing 0.75 inches to 1.25 inches. We are required to pay the only the difference amount  and this task involves getting in touch the Metro water staff, apply for feasibility, the estimate the cost  and final execution

Now we are mostly depending on Metro Water tanker @ Rs 550 to the extent of 60%, 10 to 15 % water from metro pipe connection on alternative days of supply and balance 20 % to 30 % on ground water ( this may go down to 0% in summer) and occasionally private tankers @ Rs 700 to Rs 800

The following flat owners so far not contributed any time and efforts for the management of the apartment since beginning , hence I request them to take-up these tasks for betterment of every one including thier tenants

-Flat No 41 ( 4th floor) Praveen
-Flat No 34 ( Satya Sekhar) ,33 ( Ramachander Rao) ,32 (Bibu) ( 3rd Floor)
-Flat No 23 ( Sandeep) ,22  ( Hymavathi) ( 2nd Floor)

In case if you are staying in foreign countries and not in a situation to help/support the apartment maintenance in terms time  and efforts, please confirm us within two weeks and pay total of  Rs 10,000 extra onetime contribution  ( in installments fine). Please make a note that mere attending meetings cannot be considered as time and efforts.

All the rest  of the flat Owners  have contributed in terms  time and efforts , a special thanks to 11 flat uncle as he had supported the association very well even-though he lives faraway.

Thanks and Regards
On-behalf of the management committee of the Association

Hi Rajamohan Garu,

I appreciate your sincere support in apartment developments. You presented a clear picture of the present situation and tasks to be completed before we face any problems in future.

If we can fix task 3 and 4 with the available budget, may be we can check how much additional budget is required for other tasks.

Regarding task 3, will it solve if we lift the height of ramp? Can we think of a permanent solution to fix the stagnation of water near our apartment during heavy rains?

Regarding task 4, I think someone from our apartment owners has good rapport with metro govt. officials. May be we need to take help of them for getting approvals and fix the enhancement of pipeline.

Hi All,

Mono-block 1.5 hp motor pump which is used to pump the water from Underground Sump to Overhead Tank is not working since yesterday ( Sunday) evening .

We have no option hence watchman is trying to pump the water directly from the main motor  to Overhead Tank but the pressure is not good. Hence water may exhaust any time today onwards.

I have contacted the motor mechanic ( Raghu and mobile # 9010517328) yesterday but he hasn't turn-up sofar today. Please coordinate with watchman and mechanic, if required you can go for a new motor which may cost Rs 2K to Rs 5k depending on the brand . You can pay from your pocket and  can get this amount from  association bank account later.

Request someone one to take up this motor repairing task as I cannot take-up this owing to my work-schedules

Thanks and Regards
